Our project work spans government and private-sector clients, from the planning and design of new cities, development plans, and town planning schemes to tourism destinations, riverfronts, streets, public spaces, townships, and institutional campuses.
Notable projects include the Daman Ganga Riverfront in Silvassa, the Development Plan for Dholera Greenfield City Gujarat, and the new campus of IIT Gandhinagar.
Project Evaluation | Planning Regulations | Strategic Advisory
Action Research Design involves collaborating with Professional Associations, NGOs and Educational Institutions to evaluate projects, examine planning regulations and provide strategic insights for better urban development. We have collaborated with CREDAI, SAATH, GIFT City, IIT Gandhinagar and CEPT University on various projects and studies
Our work has included evaluating and providing recommendations on City Development Plans, exploring the Private Town Planning Scheme mechanism in Gujarat, developing guidelines for vending and parking to support more inclusive streets, and research on planning and developing greenfield cities in India.
