TP road are proposed in such a way that all existing structures can be kept as they are and existing road can be continue whenever possible.
90 mt wide DP road should not be puncture through TP road to avoid number of junction on it.
There should not be any dead end in TP road until and unless it need to be provided for approach of lake / pond.
If drain/ canal is passing through TP area and need to be continue its use then at least 9.00 mt wide road may be propose one or both side of drain/ canal.
Owner’s Meeting
An owners meeting was scheduled at Becharaji town.
Notices to invite people for owners meeting were prepared and sent to all owners’ falls within TPS area in well advance. Invitation was also given in local newspaper.
During owners meeting, basic details and benefits of town planning scheme was explained to owners.
OP Plan, OP-FP plan, FP Plan, Area deduction statement, F-form etc. were shown and their issues were noted down during meeting.
Prepared a summary of all the objections and suggestions received during the owner`s meeting also prepared a summary of remarks against each suggestion explaining the reason for either incorporating or not incorporating in the draft scheme
Later, the proposals were made open for public viewing for a month at head office as well as at site office Roads which are already indicated in the DP are first drawn up.
Appropriate road network integrating with the DP road network is identified. Land use zone are considered while designing road network.
Plots providing adequate social infrastructure such as schools, hospitals, dispensaries, clinics, open spaces, housing for the poor, etc., are marked on the map along with the roads.
