GMR Goa International Airport Limited (GGIAL), is developing a Greenfield Airport at Mopa in North Goa. For preparing the Master Plan & Architecture Design of the Residential Township was awarded to consortium of two firms as a part of development. DPC prepared Master Plan of the township, which included housing for staff of GMR, AAI, and various government departments. Also, family accommodation for CISF & RAXA, barracks, hospital, guest house, school & support amenities.

The achievement of this Master Plan was that it tied up various contesting requirements for space in one coherent plan; the residential blocks were planned in a manner that they got clear views of the valley. Few of the Master Plan features are segregated vehicular and pedestrian movements, large contiguous green space connecting the entire site  along with the walking trail as well as promenade on the another side and recreational spaces for the residents in the township.
